Temporary permits were issued to DraftKings, FanDuel and a few other sites on Aug. 22, 2016; those sites and many others are now in operation in NY. Guests will enter and exit through The Vine Showroom. No food or beverage will be allowed in the Sportsbook, but guests will have a chance to place bets. The fist ring of seating on the first floor will be opened up and boxed off for groups to sit and eat to watch the game.
